Executive health advisory · United States
The right American hospital, the right programme, nothing left to chance.
Afrique Access Alliance coordinates US health screenings and care for executives referred by professional institutions. We select the hospital, secure the appointments, coordinate travel and logistics throughout the journey, and stay with the case long after you are home.
The service
One accountable hand, from first call to final report
A screening trip abroad usually means a dozen separate arrangements, each with its own office, inbox and queue. We replace all of that with a single coordinated programme — the hospital days sequenced tightly, the wider journey planned calmly around them, and everything followed through until every result has been explained.
Hospital selection
We match each client to the US hospital and specialists best suited to their clinical picture and history — not the hospital with the loudest name, but the right department for the questions being asked.
Scheduling
Consultations, imaging, laboratory work and specialist reviews are sequenced tightly, so the hospital programme itself is typically completed in one to three days — not weeks of waiting rooms.
Travel & logistics
We coordinate the journey; we do not sell travel. Flights, accommodation near the hospital and ground transfers are booked directly by you, your institution's travel office, or a travel partner we introduce — with the itinerary, paperwork and timings coordinated by us in writing.
Follow-up
Results are consolidated into one clear report, explained in a consultation, and — where anything needs attention — the next appointment is arranged before momentum is lost.
We coordinate
Afrique Access Alliance
Hospital selection, programme design, scheduling, records preparation, results consolidation and follow-up. We invoice only for our coordination and programme services.
Specialists provide care
US hospitals & physicians
Your screening, interpretation and any treatment are provided by the hospital and physicians who see you — and, where possible, paid directly to them.
Travel partners handle travel
Booked directly, coordinated by us
We do not sell flights or hotels. You, your institution's travel office, or a travel partner we introduce books travel directly; we coordinate timings, documentation and changes.
We coordinate. Specialists provide care. Travel partners handle travel.
The journey
Five stages, handled in order
Every engagement follows the same measured path. Select a stage to see what happens — and what we need from you, which is deliberately little.
A private consultation
We begin with a confidential conversation — with the executive, the institution's medical officer, or both — to understand health history, current concerns and what the screening needs to answer.
- Health history and prior records gathered with consent
- Specific concerns and family history reviewed
- Preferred timing and city discussed
The annual screening
A thorough examination of the systems that matter
The annual screening is the core of our work: a physician-led assessment at a leading US medical centre, built around age, history and risk — and repeated on a yearly rhythm, so change is caught early, when it is most treatable.
The final programme is always set by the treating physicians. A typical executive screening draws on the elements at right.
Physician-led assessment
A full history and examination with a senior physician, who directs the rest of the programme and interprets the whole picture at the end.
Cardiovascular review
Heart and circulation assessed through examination, ECG, imaging and stress testing where indicated — the leading risk for busy executives, examined properly.
Advanced imaging
MRI, CT and ultrasound studies as clinically indicated, reported by specialist radiologists and integrated into the final report.
Laboratory panels
Comprehensive blood and metabolic testing — including markers for diabetes, kidney and liver function, lipids and inflammation.
Cancer screening
Age- and risk-appropriate screening arranged to current US guidelines, with any finding followed by a clear, immediate pathway.
Vision, hearing & prevention
Sight and hearing checks, vaccination review and lifestyle risk assessment — the quieter items that are easiest to postpone at home.
Programme enhancements
Enhancements that make the result more useful
The screening is the core. These enhancements — chosen with you after consultation, and quoted separately with no obligation — deepen preparation, understanding and continuity. Afrique invoices only for its coordination; clinical care and travel remain paid directly to the providers.
Records review & hospital-ready packet
Your history, prior results and imaging gathered, checked for gaps and presented as one packet the US team can act on immediately.
Hospital & programme matching report
A short written comparison of suitable hospitals and programme options — clinical fit, sequencing, timing and cost trade-offs — so the choice is documented, not rushed.
Visa-documentation & travel-readiness coordination
Appointment confirmations and supporting documentation coordinated in good time, with a readiness check before departure. Visa decisions remain with the US authorities.
Physician results debrief
A dedicated consultation to walk through the full report once it is complete — what is reassuring, what needs watching, and what needs action — in plain language.
Results consolidation & handover
One consolidated file, and — with your written consent — a concise handover to your own doctor at home, with imaging and results, so care continues without repeating tests.
Second-opinion coordination
Where a finding deserves another view, we coordinate records, referrals and appointments for an independent specialist opinion.
12-month continuity & annual recall
Your anniversary held, a reminder eight to ten weeks ahead, year-on-year comparison of results, and a comparable programme held for the next cycle.
Spouse / partner coordination
A partner's screening or appointments coordinated alongside yours, with separate records, separate consent and the same discretion.
Partner-delivered ground concierge
Airport welcome, transfers and day-to-day support in the US, delivered by a local partner and coordinated by us — booked directly, never sold as travel by Afrique.
Enhancements are confirmed in writing before travel, itemised separately from hospital and travel costs.
Trust & standards
How we choose hospitals, and how we keep your confidence
Trust is not a claim we make lightly. It rests on a plain method for choosing where you are seen, and on strict limits around what we hold, what we share, and what we do not do.
Choosing the right US hospital
We do not work from a fixed list or a single partner. For each referral we weigh the clinical question first, then the practicalities that make care calm and continuous.
- Clinical fit first. The department and subspecialists who deal with your specific history and risk — not the best-known name, but the right team for the questions being asked.
- Depth and outcomes. Volume, specialist experience and published quality in the relevant field, reviewed with the treating physicians who will set your programme.
- Tightly sequenced days. Whether consultations, imaging and laboratory work can be completed in one to three days, so you are not returning for scattered appointments.
- Continuity on return. Clear reporting, imaging and records that your own doctor at home can act on without re-starting the story.
- Discretion and ease. Private scheduling, a single point of contact at the hospital, and accommodation and transfers coordinated so the days feel unhurried.
If two hospitals would serve equally well, we say so — and explain the trade-offs in travel, timing and cost before you decide. Final clinical decisions always rest with the US physicians who treat you.
Your records, held with care
We gather prior records only with your written consent, and only what the US team needs to design your programme safely. Medical records are not sent by ordinary email or WhatsApp; they move through a secure portal between you, us and the treating clinicians.
You receive the full consolidated report and imaging. With your permission, we send a concise summary to your named doctor at home and, if helpful, arrange a brief call between teams so follow-up continues at home without delay.
Your employer or referring institution receives no individual results without your explicit authorisation — only confirmation that screening is complete, where that is needed for duty-of-care records. Nothing is retained longer than needed for coordination and your annual comparison.
A clear line on our role
Afrique Access Alliance is a health advisory and care-coordination service. We are not a medical provider, we do not diagnose or treat, and the information on this site is general information — not medical advice for any individual. Your screening programme, its interpretation and any treatment are the responsibility of the hospitals and physicians who see you. Wording here is kept general for that reason and is reviewed with that responsibility in mind; if anything is ever unclear, we will say so plainly and refer you to the treating team.
How we are paid — plainly
- Afrique invoices only for coordination and programme services, quoted in writing before travel
- Hospital and physician charges are paid directly to the hospital where possible
- Travel is booked and paid directly — by you, your institution's travel office, or the travel partner — not sold by Afrique
- If a partner arrangement ever affects a recommendation, we disclose it before you decide
Our standards & path to certification
We are a new advisory, so we build credibility by method, not by borrowed badges. We are developing our standard operating procedures — documented hospital-selection criteria, consent-led records handling, coordinated scheduling, complaint and escalation routes, and annual review — to align with recognised facilitator standards, including the principles reflected in ISO 22525 (medical tourism services) and Global Healthcare Accreditation facilitator guidance, as our formal path toward certification.
That is an alignment of practice, not a claim of certification. We do not claim hospital accreditations held by the centres we coordinate with as our own, and we will publish any certification we earn — with its scope and date — only once it is formally granted.
For institutions
An executive health programme your board can rely on
Banks, energy firms and corporates refer their senior people to us because the obligation is real: key officers whose health fails without warning take institutional knowledge with them.
Referral, simplified
Your HR or medical office makes one referral. We coordinate from there — one agreement, one point of contact, and a clear account per cycle: Afrique's coordination quoted separately, hospital and travel paid directly.
Cohorts, on a rhythm
Annual screening cycles can be staggered across the year or grouped to suit board calendars, with each executive's programme handled individually.
Confidence, kept
Clinical detail belongs to the patient. Institutions receive confirmation that screening is complete and, with the executive's consent, only what is needed for duty-of-care records.
For HR directors & medical officers
A discreet consultation, arranged around you
If you carry duty of care for senior colleagues, you do not need a sales call. We offer a short, confidential conversation — by phone or video — to understand your cohort, your board calendar and any sensitivities, then set out in writing how a programme would work for your institution.
- One named contact from first call — no hand-offs
- Numbers, timing and reporting lines discussed plainly
- No obligation, and no clinical detail requested at this stage
Or write to enquiries@afriqueaccessalliance.com — we reply personally, usually within two working days.
Hospital-partner one-pager
For US hospital partners
A concise overview you can share internally: who we coordinate for, how referrals are prepared, what we handle, and what we ask of a partner hospital — records, sequencing and reporting — so international screening programmes run smoothly.
- Prepared referrals with records gathered in advance, with consent
- Single coordinator for scheduling, travel and follow-up
- Consolidated reporting back to the client and, with consent, their doctor at home
The download is a printable one-page summary. If you prefer a PDF for circulation, write to us and we will send the current version.
Individuals & families · Opening next
The same door, opening wider
Our first work is with institutions and the executives they refer. We are now preparing the same service for senior individuals — and, in time, their spouses and families — to engage directly, with the same coordinators, the same hospitals and the same discretion.
Individual and family programmes open next. If you would like to be among the first, register your interest below and we will write to you personally as places are released.
Care is arranged at leading US academic medical centres and matched to each person's clinical picture. The aerial view opposite shows the Texas Medical Center in Houston — the largest concentration of hospitals and research institutions in the world, and one of the settings in which our clients are seen.
Wherever the right care sits — Houston, Boston, Baltimore, Rochester, Cleveland or elsewhere — the arrangement, the journey and the follow-up are ours to manage.
What to expect
Clear expectations, from planning to the year ahead
A calm trip comes from knowing what is arranged, what is not, and when each step happens. This is the shape most programmes follow; your coordinator confirms the exact plan in writing before any commitment.
Coordinated by Afrique
- Private consultation and programme design with the treating physicians
- Hospital and specialist selection, with appointments sequenced into one to three days
- Consolidated written quotation before travel — hospital, travel and coordination shown separately
- Travel-readiness coordination: itinerary timings, supporting documentation and appointment confirmations
- A named coordinator on call throughout your time in the United States
- Preliminary results reviewed before departure; full report typically within one to two weeks
- Annual reminder and year-on-year comparison, with your next cycle set in advance
Provided & paid directly
- Clinical care itself — delivered by, and paid directly to, the hospital and physicians who treat you, where possible
- Flights, hotels and ground travel — booked directly by you, your institution's travel office, or a travel partner we introduce; Afrique does not sell travel
- Treatment arising from a finding, beyond arranging the immediate pathway and quotations
- Visa decisions, which rest with the US authorities; we coordinate documentation and readiness, we do not decide or guarantee outcomes
- Travel insurance, personal expenses and companions' arrangements, unless we agree to coordinate them
- Care at home — we coordinate with your own doctor, we do not replace them
If anything sits outside the quotation, we flag it before you travel — not on return.
A realistic timeline — planning, then days
The screening itself is short; the planning is what makes it calm. Planning typically begins six to ten weeks before departure. If a US visa application is required, allow longer — three to four months — and we will help you sequence documentation without publishing or promising fixed visa wait times. Most journeys are planned as five to seven days in the United States.
Consultation & records
Confidential discussion, consent to gather records, and the clinical questions the screening must answer. Earlier if a visa application is needed.
Selection & quotation
Hospital matched, programme designed with the US team, appointments held and a full written quotation issued — Afrique's coordination shown separately from hospital and travel costs.
Travel & readiness
Travel booked directly by you, your travel office or a partner; we coordinate timings, documentation and a short pre-departure briefing.
Screening in 1–3 days
Consultations, imaging and laboratory work completed in one to three days (up to three to four with added studies or for clients over 50), with preliminary results reviewed before you leave.
The full written report typically follows within one to two weeks of the screening. Pathology or more complex tests may take longer; those results are explained remotely and added to your consolidated file.
After you are home: results & your own doctor
Preliminary findings are reviewed before you depart, and the full written report typically follows within one to two weeks. Your coordinator arranges the closing consultation to explain what it means, what needs watching, and what — if anything — needs action. Pathology or complex tests may take longer and are explained remotely.
With your written consent, we send the report or a concise summary to your named doctor at home through a secure channel — not ordinary email — together with imaging and laboratory results, so follow-up continues at home without repeating tests. Nothing is shared with your institution beyond confirmation of completion, unless you instruct us otherwise.
The annual rhythm, kept for you
Annual screening works because results are compared year to year. We keep your anniversary date, write to you eight to ten weeks beforehand, and — with your agreement — hold a comparable programme so change is visible early.
Institutions receive a simple cycle view: who is due, who has completed, and what is scheduled next, without any clinical detail. If you prefer no reminders, tell us; we will close the file and keep only what is needed for our records.
How we work
Quiet standards, kept every time
Discretion first
Names, records and itineraries are shared on a need-to-know basis only. Your health is your business; we keep it that way.
One coordinator
A single named coordinator knows your case, your preferences and your history — this year and next.
Continuity
Annual screening works because results are compared year to year. We keep the thread so nothing is lost between visits.
Clear accounts
Programmes are quoted in full before travel — hospital, travel and coordination itemised, with no surprises on return.
Questions
Asked, and answered plainly
By clinical fit: the department and specialists who deal with your history and the questions the screening needs to answer, sequenced so consultations, imaging and laboratory work complete in one to three days. We explain the options and trade-offs — including travel, timing and cost — before you decide. The final programme is set by the treating physicians.
Primarily executives referred by professional institutions — banks, energy firms and corporates. A service for individuals and families is opening next; if that is what you are looking for, you are welcome to register your interest now and we will contact you as places are released.
The hospital programme itself typically takes one to three days — up to three to four days for clients over 50 or where additional studies are advised. Most journeys are planned as five to seven days in the United States, allowing for arrival, the screening days and a preliminary review of results before departure. Planning begins six to ten weeks before departure — longer, typically three to four months, if a US visa application is required. The full written report usually follows within one to two weeks; pathology or complex tests may take longer and are explained remotely.
No. We coordinate; travel partners handle travel. Afrique does not sell flights or hotels. Travel is booked directly by you, your institution's travel office, or a travel partner we introduce, while we coordinate timings, documentation and any changes. Hospitals and physicians are likewise paid directly where possible — Afrique invoices only for its coordination and programme services.
Every programme is designed individually, so we quote after the initial consultation — hospital fees, travel and our coordination itemised in one figure, confirmed in writing before any commitment. The first conversation is simply that: a conversation, in which we explain how we work and what your programme would involve.
We coordinate the appointment confirmations and supporting documentation that medical travel requires, and help you prepare in good time. Visa decisions themselves rest with the US authorities, and we will always be candid about that; if a visa application is required, allow three to four months before departure.
You receive one consolidated report, explained in a consultation with the care team. Where follow-up is needed, we arrange it — with the US specialists, with your physicians at home, or both — and your next annual cycle is set before the file is closed.
Strictly. Records move only with your consent and only to the clinicians involved in your care. An institution that refers you receives confirmation of completion — not your clinical detail — unless you ask us to share more.
